Financial Policy

In order to maintain our high standard of service, full payment is required at the time of services are rendered. We provide estimates for all surgeries and anesthetic procedures. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash. We also offer CareCredit as a payment plan option.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule all regular appointments with a veterinarian. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, will be subject to a missed appointment fee equal to the cost of the scheduled exam.

Surgery Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A nonrefundable $500 deposit is required to secure your pet’s surgical date. This deposit will go towards your pet’s final surgical bill. Cancellations 24 hours or less will result in a forfeit of this deposit. For Monday surgical procedures, the cancellation deadline is the Friday PRIOR to surgery!
